Brahmasri Chaganti Koteswara Rao garu has given a fabulous speech to all the students at Gayatri Engineering College, Visakhapatnam in November 2008. In his brief speech, he asks every student to pay attention to the thought process and clarity in their speech and communication, and also talks about the value of education in general by giving real-life examples.
