Acceptance Time

The idea of adoption, is so simple that it is often overlooked in negotiations. But if it is understood, has the power to negotiate more effectively for us.

People need time to accept new ideas or others. Both sides go into a cycle of negotiations with some unrealistic goals. It starts with all kinds of misunderstandings and assumptions. Human being, against all hope that their goals are for a change, hope will be easy to achieve. ProcessNegotiation is usually a rude awakening. The low price desired by a buyer starts to look impossible. The mere sale, that longs for a seller after he or she escapes. The need for new production facilities, technical equipment or software will be confronted with a budget drive, or competing claims for resources.

The reality is survived sequence in a deadlock or a realistic agreement collapses soon.

We can expect a buyer, seller, engineer or manager to adapt to new andundesirable realities now? "Of course not. Resistance to change is universal. It takes time to get used to ideas that foreign or unpleasant. We can also state the fact of death, a period long enough to adjust.

The acceptance is so important in negotiations, as in life. The fact that the other party to accept time you reinforce your ideas with more information, and be open to new ideas on the other hand, are more likely toa better understanding and agreement of a more lasting.
